• Are Phone Numbers and Emails Required?

• Yes, they are required for profile creation but only one is needed for access. Please ensure you have access to both so you can put in the verification codes

• Do I need to remember a password?

• No this site is passwordless but you’ll receive verification codes

• Should I be requesting an appointment after I create my pet profile?

• No, we will be working with you to schedule that appointment. Once you’re in the system, please email hello@drcindybresslervet.com and we will get you started! 

• When I put in my information, I got a notification about a previous vet. What do I do?

  • If your records are already with a different vet in the PetCare system, please email hello@drcindybresslervet.com and a member of our team will manually create the profile for you. This way when you go to log in again, and you’ll be registered in our system.
